after taking off the stock bumper and putting the new one on
i realised the horn doesnt work no more
i asked the mechanic he said check the stock bumper, might be attached to it,
went home to check and its not on the stock bumper

The horn is a little round plate looking thing that is mounted in front of the radiator. Check that the connections to it were not loosened when you changed over the bumper

Here's a DIY (http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/electrical/57397-diy-replace-your-factory-horn-118db-bad-boy-39-pics.html) on how to replace it. It's quite straight forward - you might be able to figure out what to do from here.
Also try checking ur fuse.

That tutorial was an epic fail.
Pulled apart the whole front end just to replace the horn

If you're gonna replace it might as well get a better horn such as hella twin tones

That happened to me when I got my RR front, I got a friend to check it. The RR front was actually pressing against the horn so it wouldn't make a noise. So just easy fix, turned it 90 degrees and it is done.

Likewise when i fitted the RR front bumper had to relocate the horn.
