Regarding multi stud rims with 4x100 (smaller holes)and 4x114.3 (bigger holes)

normal lug nuts dont fit in the small hole and need to be changed if your running the 4x100 patten.
smaller lug nuts are needed, what are they called and where can you get them from?

for the big holes (4x114.3) the normal lug nut fits fine.

My current lug nuts are 12x1.5, can you get smaller ones with the same thread size?

What lugs do you currently have? some might be machined a bit wider to suit 5 stud rims but never really heard of lugs being too big. Go to a tyre/wheel service shop and see whats the slimmest lug they have, should be able to give you something that fits.

I believe they're called tuner lug nuts. Ebay has tons...

Inverted wheel nuts. Uses a key to turn the nut from the inside as opposed to the standard which is turned from the outside
