Hey guys just started dc2 this morning and it sounded different, it sounds more deeper and "fartier". My B18B2 has no modifications to it and the exhaust system hasn't been touched snce it was made and there are no holes on the pipes. Could it be tme to replace the muffler?

I recorded how it sounds. It sounds worst in person.

Go under ur car and shake the cat, if it makes a noise like something's moving ur cat has shit it's self and broken in pieces inside.

Orrrrr

Some one punched out your cat over night :/ lol

P.s GSi = DC4 not dc2 :)

Sounds very raspy for a chambered muffler.

I would assume an exhaust leak whether its from a bad gasket or it could simply be one of the bolts holding your exhaust system together has rusted out and broke off.

Or simply your muffler/cat/resonator has collapse and is not in working order.

Yeah i was thinking its either the muffler has come to its age or the resonator has collapsed, but not entirely sure about that, it sounds worst in reality. Sounds like its farting and sounds very deep when its idle'ing.
