have you checked the connection from the sub to the terminal on the box?
when they sub doesn't come on is your amp on?
that should help narrow down the problem...
Ahmad, you need to remember we're still not sure if you're equipment is damaged. It should be, if it is not then that's a miracle!
After spending hours and hours fixing problems with the system to the point where it was at least working and safe, many components still do not measure right. The internal damage to some of your components could be enormous the way your system was wired up, especially the subs. Your amplifier may not yet be out of the fire either. It could be something as simple as thermal protection because I know how loud you play the system (which I'm sure you'll deny) but sadly your system could always be riddled with issues thanks to the wonderful way it was installed which you were warned time and time again against going through with.
Now since we started fixing the problems with the now infamous original install, the system has become my problem so before bleating on a million different forums, can you come down here again so I can again waste countless unpaid hours cleaning up the rest of the mess? ;)

sounds like it may be your amp. Its either stuffed or is going into power protection. Find out which and either upgrade or dont turn it up so loud.

pretty much it had nothin to do with the amp...ill just say this...dont everrr do a backyard job all it is, is hasssles headache and ..but thanks to FHRX whos been lookin after me this whole time, we determined that one of the subs had karked it...voice coils goone..
so that was the prob this time, the whole installation somethin has gone wrong time after time, so guys always go to a trusted installer such as FHRX..i can honestly say he knows what he is doin and not there to rip any1 off
