PM's dissappearing, and some lag/delay?

lately, my PM's have been dissappearing, anyone else have the same problem?
is it becuiase of the server change recently?

plus, the forum seems to be having a delay.. when i click on new posts, it says there isn't any, or doesn't show much, but clearly, there is ALOT that is new.

someone wanna shed some light?
