hey guys
for those who removed DIY-ed retrimming their doors, I need your help out here

car is eg8, and im trying to remove the current door trim panels.. but those plastic rivets are not moving at all!

for those who dont get what im talking bout, a diy of the thingy is here (http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=473878&page=1)

its the part where he says he uses an exacto knife and screwdriver to remove em.. those plastic things are a bit too thick for an exacto knife!!!

anybody knows any easier way? thanks in advance!

What I used in the past was a chisel to get in underneath them and use a hammer to tap them out. Alternatively, if you dont mind destroying the rivet, put a screwdriver in the middle of the rivet and hit it with a hammer.

yeah but in that DIY he removes the center piece and re-covers it..
in the integra that center piece cant be removed .. its molded as part of the door...

Any ideas???

Cover the whole thing?

So the entire door trim is one piece? You cant get it into sections?
