can i use ek front strut bar as a rear strut bar for my ek sedan?

no you cannot.

The mounting points are different. Fronts are diagonal , and the rears are parallel.

yep 100% correct.
you might be able to reuse the bar but you would need to fab new brackets which isn't cost effective.
