hey guys,
does anyone know how low for EK with 16" can Koni + super low kings can go?
about to fit these and just wondering whether this can create a no finger gap between the wheel arches and the tyres.
thx guys.
photos can be helpful too:p

yes pretty sure it will. even just with kings super low my rear tyre is just sitting at the wheel guard and about 2 cm gap between the front guard and tyre. when im sitting in the car it gets a bit lower. if your using koni shocks u can lower it slightly more. btw thats on a eg sedan.
ive got koni shocks now. just gotta put my car up to stock height and pass the pits. then im gonna put back my springs and put the koni's in. but i might bring the height up. i think each spring perch is 3/4 of and inch difference. so the middle on is normal. then u can lower it 3/4 inch more or put it up 3/4 inch. someone correct me if im wrong.
therefore just get lows
lows and superlows from kings have the same springrate.
so its bump off using the stock to lower it rather than use a shorter spring with less bump travel

funny thing is, on normal shocks, with super low. there's still 2 finger gaps between tyre and arch on my car

Hey man, when i first put on my Koni yellows with king superlows i dropped it as far as it could go. IE: Koni's on the lowest perch. I was sitting on the stock 15" rims with 195/50 tyres and the arches were hanging over the tyres.
I went back the next day and had the perch's on the koni's set to the middle perch at the back and the highest at the front. Because i could barely drive without my headers scraping or the shocks bottoming out.
So yeah if u want slammed then do it

i installed superlows in my em1.. fronts went low but rears are still a bit high 3finger spaces between wheel and arch on 15s i think its got alot to do with the shocks.. but koni yellows arnt cheap...
EG / EK / DC2 civics and integra from
$489 for front pairs
$479 for rear pairs
or $949 for a set of 4
so personally ill be gettin coilovers.. just my 2c.

I've got my koni for a set of 4 for $800, brand new. (I've already got the super low kings from almost a year ago)
I just need to fit it now. :p
