Anyone converted or know of Hondas running on this super high octane fuel?

No because:
1) Being mostly NA, Hondas can't take advantage of super high octane without modifications to increase the compression ratio.
2) This fuel gives less power and higher fuel consumption and is only beneficial in a country that can produce ethanol for cheap. However, in countries like Brazil that has been running on bio-ethanol for a long time, produces rather sell their ethanol for drinking rather than as fuel because they can make higher profits.
