Disclaimer: The following is provided as a GUIDE ONLY, and neither myself nor Ozhonda take any responsibility for the outcomes of someone else doing the following. You follow these steps at your own risk!
This DIY is really basic for a DC2R, I think mainly because it doesn't have sound deadening!
But here goes a step by step guide of the way I did it. :)
AIM: To remove the rear seats from a DC2 Integra Type-R.
TOOLS:
- Pair of plyers
- 10mm socket wrench
STEPS:
1)
Fold the back rests down and goto the sides. Where the back rest is connected and pivots, you'll find a small plastic clip like the one pictured.
All you need to do is to grab your plyers and yank it out - I didn't need much force to pull mine out.

2)
Once the clips are out, push the back rest to the side and it should come out quite easily.
Do the same to the other side.

3)
Take your back rests out and you'll find that the bottom part of the seat is screwed in (the nut is towards the middle).
Unscrew this nut with your 10mm socket wrench.

4)
Lift from the back of the seat up like so:

5)
Finally, you'll find that the seat is still on by these things:

Pivot the seat and remove it in a way so that you can pull it out.

6)
Take out any unnessecary junk in the back and you should be left with this:

** For off-road use only! **
I'm sure that it is a defect in NSW to remove the rear seats,
I'm not certain about other states. Please check with your local road.
--------------------
Noise factor:
Being a Type-R, it never had a sound deadening anyway.
So road noise hasn't increased much.
The only noise increase is that it now echoes inside the cabin - which is expected anyway.

The End!
