shocks r dead. are you using stock shocks on aftermarket springs?

yup.. stock shocks on aftermarket springs.. so its the shocks right.. with the bouncing shit feeling.. so what shocks do u reckon is good.. any other possible problems beside shocks dead? thanks

bouncing sound... u mean its more of a squeaking sound?
if the sound is soft squeaking sound, its more likely to be the shocks. but squeaking sound does not always mean that the shocks are dead.
if u hear knocking or thumb-ing sound tats more metal-metal sound, generally louder, its possibly some lose bolts or springs un-captive.
having said so, its very hard to determine exactly wats the problem from 'sound describing'.
ur 'shit bouncy feeling' is probably from the after market spring rate being firmer, and wth the combination of aged shocks. also to note that your standard bumpstop shud be cut shorter or replaced, if the drop is significant, just to make sure u have enuf suspension travel.
hope tat helps.

then its probably time for replacement.
im sure alot of ppl would recommend Koni yellows. they are quite a common combination to be used wth king springs.
the shocks are damper and height adjustable which would b handy on different applications/needs. and its at a reasonable price as well.
do a search, u'll find alot of info on Koni shocks.

you could also try for less expensive shocks like KYB, that should work a treat with your Kings.

KYB's are good as has been suggested. Had the king and Kyb combo in three cars now and they offer a great medium between handling and comfort. If you than want better handling, add bracing and camber kits etc, whist still maintaining ride quality with wheel travel.
