Civic Foglight Install

Hey,

I'd like to put those :JDM-YO" yellow foglights into the frontbar of an EK

Anyone have experience installing this? I'm comfortable with the wiring n so forth but i'll have issues with cutting the front bar - I have a jigsaw, sandpaper/file handy

Let me know and once I do it i'll write up an FAQ. :thumbsup:

I think the jigsaw would be a bit harsh on the bar, maybe look into getting a Dremal or something similar.

The only advice i can give is measure twice cut once :)

yeh especially since i have the honda access front lip too...

hmm coz i remember on my s15 i went apesh1t with the jigsaw to cut it to size to fit the intercooler

Been there :) You need a very hard and sharp boxcutter/penknife/ surgical knife. Takes a while but gets you there eventually. The plastic front housing of the foggies covers up a lot of it, so you have some room for error.

ps. Be careful not to cut your fingers and goggles come in handy because broken blades fly occasionally.
