Ok to compare its like a Type R of a b18c motor.
H22a type S motor 220hp as opposed to H22a 180-200hp motors.

So would the type s be better to get for my cb7 and would it be no probs to install? What kind of work would have to be done on the engine in order to boost it?

well if you have the cash get a type s engine. i think you can drop the engine in. no need to change your engine mounts. but theres other stuff they need to do. to boost it u just need to buy all the parts u need.

What do you mean by there's other things they'll need to do?

hrm maybe not. guess its just a straight drop in. probably would have to change the transmission too.
