this is the 1st gen (mmc) Honda City(Type Z) body code "SX8", only asian country got this model, the 2nd gen was the GD series..GD5 and GD6 i think.. the current City is the 3rd gen with a body code GM

I went and checked them out today at the dealership.

Not a bad looking car, the modulo kit looks heaps better IRL. The grille on the regular model looks far better in pictures though. Heaps of room, dash looks ok, doors look really cheap, though i'd consider buying one for sure.

Oh and i think someone mentioned earlier, there is HUGE amounts of space in the engine compartment. As the sales guy said "You could fit a 2.0L engine in there" Haha.

that's not a first gen city, it's a third gen :wave:

it was based on the EJ civic and only sold in SE asia

Sorry, redbook told me differently for the 98 it says Japan, but 99-00 are from thailand.
