front bumper between EU and EP are interchangable so the guards towards the front of the car should be the same design.

Anyone replaced the strut tops with camber tops? I think there's a bit of play in my Mugen SS top mounts and I'm wondering if theres a aftermarket solution available, rather than just replacing with the stock item!
Not aware of any tops that can be fitted without mods. There are generic camber tops which will need some work to have fitted. But remember that OEM and mugen struts are quite large and may not have the movement unlike the others!Quote:

HID was probably taken out due to compliance issues and never replaced. Most EP3s that were imported to Australia are C packages.Quote:

I think power windows are a part of the c package as well.

Has anyone had 3rd gear problem on their EP3 ? I had problem with mine. After driving long time at high speed ... I found that it's impossible for me to shift down to 3rd gear unless I fully stop the car.
change your gearbox oil with new honda MTF06....check for metal shavings etc in oil.
I'm going to assume no one here is interested in a mugen airbox?

ive actually seen a non c package sold in melbourne at a dealer, it was a red ep3. had no air con, power mirrors, roll up doors and etc. pretty hardcore.
does anyone know where to get our front windows tinted? since theyre not tinted at all from stock

I cant remove the cover its so weird, and even if i remove the bumper, i had trouble trying to get the light out.. one of the bolt is hidding deep inside and my ratchet couldnt even reach it
BTW... mines came with xenons i think? i bought it like this..

otherwise im thinking to change the 2 headlights so I can have easy access to the bulbs in the future... What do you guys think? if so, where might i'll be able to find them in Sydney?

Most EP3's in Australia have factory xenons - just like the photo in your first post.
The pictures in the link you posted, are for headlights which have halogen globes - e.g. the Australian EU Civic.

I bought a set of rachet with extension the other day to take my headlights off. Just need the right tool for the job. I think you have to remove the front bumper to change headlight bulbs. EP3 uses D2S light bulbs for the HID, not 100% sure though.
01-03 EP3 uses D2R bulbs. The "R" bulbs are designed for use with HID reflector housings. There's a little black/grey square that covers the bottom half of the globe.

Anyway... today I had time to remove the lights and found out that the bulb actually poped! So i went online and bought a new set of bulbs so thanks for the help guys!
Also, just wondering.. As i was taking the bulb out, i noticed that the bulb actually doesnt sit properly on the socket? like the plastic area on the bulb is as big as the socket so it doesnt fit into it nicely... Is it normal? I tried many ways to make it fit it perfectly.. but it just doesnt fit?
The 2 metal pieces can hold it down though, but its crooked.... o.O
If they're the OEM bulbs, they'll be 4300K like all OEM HID systems.
If you only switch one side to 6000K, it'll not match the 4300K on the other side. So be sure to switch out both if you intend on going with different Ks.
Though, assuming you are running 4300K and you only switch one side out, one side will still be more blue/white compared to the other as HID bulbs get bluer over time. So if you're fussy, you'd probably wanna switch both at the same time and keep one as a backup.

Was testing out my light cause it was crooked and points down.. maybe cause i didnt fit it back in properly, AND NOW THE HIGH BEAM DOESNT TURN OFF! farrKkk....... been switching the lights on and off and flicking the switch back and forth many times, but high beam just doesnt want to turn off!
With the new bulbs you purchased? I know with aftermarket HIDs, high beam always stays on whenever you have your low beams on. I just de-pinned my high beam.Quote:
