You can heat it up with hairdryer and try to peel them off and any left over adhesive use eucalytpus oil or grease/wax remover
yea or try use wd40. believe it or not, they remove sticky gunk really easy.Quote:

Just waiting on the new isb for the new gb for i to really get knuckled down into replacing the old with the new... should be interesting :)
On a side note, the isb does infact make a noticeable noise when hand rotating it so its definite a sign its on its last leg

Oh, found out last night someone smacked my rear wheel arch - not sure when it happened, probably Monday at shopping car park - was SO pissed but lucky I got the marks off with polish.
