You can heat it up with hairdryer and try to peel them off and any left over adhesive use eucalytpus oil or grease/wax remover

never used eucalyptus oil for that purpose, but eucalyptus oil is very good gentle cleaner....
say sticky stuff on leather, watch bands,, anything where finesse is needed and not brute force.

On a side note, the isb does infact make a noticeable noise when hand rotating it so its definite a sign its on its last leg
out with the old...

its a xtreme hd clutch, was gonna opt for exedy, but was more expensive....
total kms so far was around 170,000kms, but the surprising thing was that the clutch had heaps of meat on it, but the pressure plate was worn.... id say if the pressure plate was still good, i can get maybe another 30,000kms or so......
Its do-able for most who have an itch for mechanical diy, but definate takes time doin it

170,000kms on the original clutch!? Wow, that is impressive... good on you for having a go at the DIY and hope you're happy with it.
Oh, found out last night someone smacked my rear wheel arch - not sure when it happened, probably Monday at shopping car park - was SO pissed but lucky I got the marks off with polish.
When will people f*kn learn how to drive trolleys in carparks
