I'd take 6kw any day lol. That was after it was tuned with the VAFC2 yeah? Affect your consumption at all?
na vafc 1 lol
yea i got better fuel consumption im getting around 350-400 in a b16a with a fair amount of vtec :) i got graphs if u wanna c jst gotta go find them lol
I think more points in adjustments or something also in vafc2.
Yeah show me. I've got an EF8 with the standard B16A. CAI, RS*R 2.25" 4-2-1 headers and a 5Zigen 2" cat-back and really wanna get the best out of the mods without doing internal work (big $$$$$).
kk ill post as soon as i find im not 2 sure wheere i put them my m8s got a dyno so theres about 4 sheets or so of graphs
you can chip an ecu and run crome for less than 300 bux
well you can buy a chipped ecu from ebay ie
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chipp...Q5fAccessories
and use a moates and crome software to tune it up like a hondata
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Moate...Q5fAccessories
OR if your too nooob to use crome and moates just buy one of these ecus and tell them what your setup is , ive used them and they are pretty good at tuning
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA...Q5fAccessories
or if your handy you can chip your current ecu if its obd1 and use moates it will be even cheaper...

Aren't VAFC's only fuel map and vtec crossover adjustments? If you're going to use a piggyback, at least get an eManage for a few hundred so you can do ignition timing adjustments too. Otherwise go neptune, chrome or hondata
lets say i got a free vafc. any point tuning with i/h/e? its not plugged yet but will it make a diff?
