Fair enough. Just a heads up my eg with b18c7 is engineered with stock breeze brakes. It passed all brake fade tests. The main reason to upgrade is for track work when their going to cook IMO. Or if you just wanna be a baller lol but I'm too cheap for 5 stud conv
Yeah true man, each to their own
a calipers just a caliper
The calipers have nothing to do with the stud pattern. You can use itr calipers and keep your existing 4 stud hubs
Whoops sorry I meant to say rotors haha
not sure if u do have to buy new kunckles, when i was installing my dc2r caliper and 282 rotar it fitted it alright on my eg breeze, just needed to trim the dust covers, try it before u go out and spend money!
Rotors, u use prelude 4 by 114.3, redrilled for 4 by 100, or if u can spare some cash, get some new 282mm rotors for that stud pattern afaik
Ive been reading up that for ek, u need to shave like 3mm off the mounting brackets or was it the caliper, cant remember, but if it fits with little work, just makes things so much easier
3 mm off caliper yeh, then trim the dust covers a bit so the caliper fits in and rock a 282 mm yonas is selling a pair for $100 and there slotted!
