why are you running an sc61 and only 450cc injectors?
How much boost are you running?
Are you losing any coolant?
Any shaft play in the turbo? Picture of your return line?
Pull one of the intercooler pipes before the intercooler and check for oil film in the charge pipes.
sounds like you got the catch can set up right.... im not too sure about that smoke..... although mechanics have told me a bit of blow by wen i floor it is normal.... it doesnt sound like its anything to worry much about....
possilby check your oil return line and make sure that it isnot drilled too low on the sump
Charlie's old set up correct?
if charlie = chubs you are correct ....
if you've got oil in the charge pipes, the issue is with oil getting past the seals at the turbo... either as a result of blown seals from the turbo being used, or an incorrectly installed oil return line... or a combo of both.
also, why are you running an sc61 on an 8 psi set up? There are MUCH more applicable turbos for that boost range that would give you a way better powerband and have the turbo running much more efficiently.
He bought a 2nd hand kit off a guy with a fully built motor.....
