they warn you, and if your stupid enough to go to the EPA with a Test Pipe installed, then you deserve the fine.
just run a bashed out cat...that way it looks like its there but nothing inside..........then run straight through the rest of the system
get a dummy cat like a toda circuit cat looks like a cat lol but i got away with it
