yea man that wat i heard too.............fines are up to $10k i think.

n workshop that did that for ya will get fine for $30K.

that gotta be the most expensive fines lol..............

they warn you, and if your stupid enough to go to the EPA with a Test Pipe installed, then you deserve the fine.

just run a bashed out cat...that way it looks like its there but nothing inside..........then run straight through the rest of the system

peeps its a NA motor.. do you really want as much flow as possible?? dont forget there is a point where you will reach which will start depleting your cars power...
