Are they yours? How much did the mirrors cost you, I know NZ has the mirrors too.

The 4-1 part is integrated with the head. However, once you reach the single pipe stage, there is a flange which you can take off the remaining part and bolt on the turbo manifold.

AWMMMMMMMMMMG. But they might be a bit too much Audi wannabe and not enough rice for you ;p
the new headlights can be purchased from jdmconcept now.
i agree...love the bi-xenon and turning lights...however couple of issues...
the turning lights operate only up to a vehicle speed of 40km/h...so not sure how easy is it to do it...
the parking lights are in the same area as the new indicator location and the indicator when lit looks weird...and a bit too much chrome...
$700 =.o
Hey guys, lots have post pics and details on their CU2 "cosmetic" department... Just wondering what have anyone done on the "Power" department?
Anyone manage to gain some extra Kw from their CU2? :)
yeh ive seen those before and been to the site. russia only, dont ship internationally
the price +effort dont make it worth it. would rather just put a strip in the fog area
denot, i think most people are waiting for their warranties to finish before doinganything.
depending on the price of the toyota ft86, i may keep the cu2 for 10 years, if so then my plan is for cai, possibly exhaust, then if i win lotto import a ct supercharger lolz
these are really pricey..but are really excellent for quality and color brightness output...
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/PHILIPS-U...item415839dea8
would be great for the rear as well as for front park lights. They are the closest i have come across that perfectly match the hid 6000k xenon bulbs...
Got both 4200k and 6000k ones

Wanted some sort of warm white and went for 4200k, but it just isn't white enough for me, now have 6000k installed, very happy with them.
the ones I had from ebay, those SMD 9 or 13 LED 5050 ones are too easy to burn out.
Spotted an hectic CU2 the other day.

Saw it near hurtsville too...
Lol what a tool.
Dont flame a guy too suns ppl... That probably is used on a TV/Movie shots. Knight rider season 2? :p
that CU2 must be running 900hp of power to require such a huge rear wing for it's high speed stability :p
just like this:

hahahhahahah^
soo....what are we looking at then. which one is the one that you got? i want brighter parkers too! got any photos with them installed? i dont want to go to the effort of upgrading HIDs lol. parkers are a 5 min job. and if i can get them super blue and bright then gunna get some!
lol i already got that + more
plus ive seen this guy in hurstville as well. shame i was a pedestrian and not in my car. i would have put him to shame. show him how its done for realsies
LOL!
Any ways, aren't blue lights illegal?
Has anyone here changed the fogs in the CU2 to a white colour to match OEM HID's?
How do you find using them in actual fog now that they're white, pretty much useless?
Anyone going for the extreme yellow JDM look with the foggies?
$95 for fogs >.>.
Would love to get those foggies in that colour. Just wondering if mtec ones any good? Love mtec bulbbs with the 'rainbow coating' so the foggies look different.
In regards to white foggies, I have experience during my uni days where i put HID 6000k on my fogs. Looks cool but little use when we need them the most!
What are rainbow coating fogs?
just stay with halogens,, lol
Well I was talking to my cop friend and he said HIDs aren't exactly illegal - apparently there's no written legislation for them (in QLD anyway). Not sure about fogs, coz I know it's a $40 fine if you have them on regardless of colour in the wrong/non-foggy conditions that's only if the cop is anal enough to pull you over for that. I haven't been pulled over as yet :P
I did 8000k on my foggies, lowbeams = 6000k...I was after a colour variance - looks a bit too "blah" if they're both the same IMO!
Yep...My low beams are so bright/wide that foggies don't do much, pure aesthetics :P
I hate them mofos in commodore utes turning foggy full tilt on a clear night, glares the shit outta everyone else.
http://www.strangecosmos.com/images/content/108938.jpg some times I wish I have this setup....
haha got to be prepared in case of zombie invasions! ^^^
Has anyone bought one of these kits?
http://store.ijdmtoy.com/Daytime-Run...uto-switch.htm
Thinking of getting one and wiring it up to the high beam so it works like the Canadian model
that really reminds me of 'i am legend' in gangsta mode ^^ LOL
Yeah, I've passed quite a lot of cops and they've yet to pull me over but I guess I'm just asking for it hahah. Like this one time, me and the cop car turns towards each other and my foggies lit up the inside of their car and I was sure they were gonna turn around and pull me over but they just kept driving.
Anyways, what is a 'grounding kit'? (Apexi's grounding kit) to be exact and what does it do.
Thanks.
Edit: Whoa I sound fob... but yeah, not gonna fix it lol.
I'm not sure do you need to turn them on to work? Otherwise might just wire it up to the foggies?
I have no idea how it works exactly just throwing it out there to see if it's a mod that can be done on our cars :/ Always was interested in DRL and saw that this might be a better way of wiring things up instead of those LED strips.
I don't really care, if I get dicked, then it's my fault. If they don't like it, they should high beam me but they don't. And if their low beams are so high, they should adjust them. Most of the guys with their lights not adjusted are just lazy to do so, not that they don't know how.
Also, I still stick to my opinion. They're idiots, I'm just a dick.
some dicks are very successful you know..
Dick Smith ;p
Cmon guys, back to the "CU2 Mods" topic. If you still want to continue the "dicks vs idiots" conversation, then please create a new topic on The Lounge.
He can't help it I suppose.
Has anyone tried bolting on some mufflers/exhaust systems that aren't Mugen or Fujitsubo? A guy fitted a CL9 Skunk2 exhaust on his CU2 but obviously it didn't fit perfectly so he had to cut and weld a lot of parts.. It ended up being over 1k anyways. Is that worth it? Skunk2.. Mugen/Fujitsubo?
Nope, just get a custom one in that case....
yerp, fitted 2 super-cat 'sport' mufflers onto the euro and and and and and it was terrible, prob only loud exhaust sounds i can bear are supercar/v8/subaru but NA loud doesnt do it for me. had it removed and now their on ebay. it was a deeper sound but was draining at 80kms but then quite after 90kms.
@natnat > HAHAHAHA yeah well said
Ahh, fair enough.
Oh is it :S Hmm... I won't know until I've been in a Euro with it or something.. So hard to tell what it sounds like lol. I guess I'll just continue with the cosmetics of the car first. So you're just back to the stock exhausts?
yeah back to the stockies,, to be honest, after i had the exhausts on, it really confirmed what i want to do with my car. all is good.
oh and im getting tenzo-r cuzco in black 19'' :D 7-10 days woohoo!! there was charcoal but i dont know if it wud suit it so to b safe i went with black
http://www.fwt.net.au/products_close....5+Matte+Black

$$$$$$$$$$?
What you doing with stock rims?
Ohh I see.. Guess I'll just wait and see.
Good choice on the rims too! Looks good :D
Would a spare fit into the spacesaver section in the back?
Get 4. Little use for the fifth.
Good choice for the rims. looks very racing.
