Wiring them up to high beam would mean it will light up only when you turn on high beam? also where will you be installing them?

I am one of those people that blind others with my foggies! I got my foggies in 8000k so I might as well put them to use - blind others. I just hate it when idiots have their lowbeams sky high. Especially when it's been raining a lot lately, even worse.

Yeah, I've passed quite a lot of cops and they've yet to pull me over but I guess I'm just asking for it hahah. Like this one time, me and the cop car turns towards each other and my foggies lit up the inside of their car and I was sure they were gonna turn around and pull me over but they just kept driving.

Anyways, what is a 'grounding kit'? (Apexi's grounding kit) to be exact and what does it do.
    Thanks.

Edit: Whoa I sound fob... but yeah, not gonna fix it lol.

I'm not sure do you need to turn them on to work? Otherwise might just wire it up to the foggies?

I have no idea how it works exactly just throwing it out there to see if it's a mod that can be done on our cars :/ Always was interested in DRL and saw that this might be a better way of wiring things up instead of those LED strips.

Ok.. so you hate "idiots" who have their low beams set incorrectly, but you knowingly and deliberately blind oncoming traffic with you wanker foggies... so who is the idiot again?
