Oh WOW!
That story brings back memories. All those noises,I remember now...
Mine's a 96 civic EK1.
I was lucky that it went bad, like heavy as steering like you said, when I pulled into my street, cause I remember the steering being sooooooo heavy too!!
lol yea it was farked sounded like a lawn mower!!
Yeah I know what you mean when you say ' I could feel her pain!!!!'
It was like she had a golly in her throat she was trying to hock up but ended up throwing up her heart! lol Makes me feel a bit queezy...
lol ewww me too when u put it that way!
hey when u get a service do they clean ur throttle body at all? like in a major like 100 000? maybe i shuld do it myself lol then i'll see what gets sucked n and post up nxt week :D
a friend of mine had an s14. had a fair big trbo on it, was pretty quick. Anyway, one day he put a cheap no name brand pod filter on temporarily...not sure why. After a day of driving the smal centre piece of the pod broke and got sucked into the turbo, blowing the turbo...:( lesson learned, don't use $20 pods :p
^^ Ouch!!!!!!!!!!!
Haha yeah,I grossed myself out there too!
No,they wouldn't do it,I doubt very much.
Totti on here sells em' seperately, only $10.

go buy subaru upper engine cleaner, or if u were in bris id give you my half empty one. lol or anyone else in brisbane. i buy like bulk.
anyway reverse the car out so rear is facing street. turn it on, get someone to rev will you spray into intake .
we smoke out the whole street with clouds :P. and you dont have to but i replace plugs at same time. U DONT HAVE TOO, but i just so picky on it.
Yeah,I just clean mine up with carby cleaner and a small metal brush and set the gaps correctly.
well i heard this joke about port and polish.
DIY: port and polish: put a bag of sand where the intake is, start ur car as usual, the revv it like a mad man, let the sand suck in, as the sand go thru ur engine, it polish ur intake :P
did you? or did you just click on the link on page two, read the story, and try to pass it off as your own later on in the thread..?
Whateva...
Funny as story anyways!!
Let's just hope someone didn't try it!
