As was already covered in the other thread, the GSi is non-VTEC, while the VTi-R is VTEC. That is basically the only significant difference between the two model. They are both 4 stud, and both can have sunroofs.
Unless somebody has engine-swapped a GSi, if it has a VTEC engine, it is a VTi-R.
DC4 - Non-Vtec > B18B2/1
DC2 - Vtec > B18C2
Thats the only difference between the 2, and i think interior design (ie. seat colour pattern) is slightly different correct me if i'm wrong.
Pritty sure the suspention was diffrent, gear ratio extra. Dc4 base model ------------ Dc2 sport model ----------- DC2R track ready model
what would i need to swap over to a dc4 from a wrecked dc2 to make the dc4 exactly like a dc2
just buy a dc2 to begin with
i wrote off my dc2 and found a cheap dc4 that i wanna change to a dc2, ya know?
.... i recon if you sold off the b18, parted the wreck and added 1 or 2 k you could buy a dc2, would save you a heap of time and effort.
what are the differences in the chassis?
