Alright guys, had the car up on jacks tightened up the front left shock, seems better, but while on the jacks noticed another problem which ill get fixed.
When I spin (not steer) the wheel back and fourth just a couple millimeters, i get a clicking sound, which isnt there on the other front wheel. I'm guessing this is the wheel bearing issue, so I'll get that checked out by a proper mechanic later. I'm glad I've at least spotted this now, having read some of the stories people have regarding failed wheel bearings.
Access to the steering rack boots is a bit harder so I probably wont attempt to do it myself just yet.
does anyone of you knows a good alarm system?
I want to upgrade my alarm and choosing between Brant and quiktrak. anybody have been using those? any feedback would be great. Thanks
hey bud let us know how u go when u get ur wheel bearings sorted. Be good to get any information on these for our cars because ive read what has happened when other cars wheels bearings go. Sounds scaryQuote:
