So what's the best way to calculate then?

I have always got this question in my mind, If buying the Ice box, why not just using the stock airbox replace a high flow pannel filter and remove the air resonator ? Since the resonator removal is the main part of the ice box and mugen box isn't it? If saying they got larger lid, then isn't it the TB inlet are just the same anyway ? Just want to clear my mind before i getting upgrade. Thanks for all answers :)

Fill up to full at Station A, drive a few hundred kms, fill up to full at Station A again, same pump if possible. Divide the number of litres by number of kms, multiplied by 100 to give L/100km.

Drive till light comes up, fill up with the next brand til full and repeat again.

Yeah it would be nice to see some actual dyno comparisons between stock box/resonator removed/k&n vs the comptech box. Personally I feel like the loss of down low torque out weighs the slight top end improvement, I might even go back to the stock airbox lid.
