I'll google up what temp the thermos are meant to turn on and how to calibrate properly. Just wanted to see if there was any advice.
Yeah, needle is all I've touched. I've noticed the fuel and others are a bit iffy too. The only one I've calibrated is speed and partially tach
Did this the other day but had to take off the rears because they rub my guards when I bottom out. Car is on King Springs which makes the fitment nice, but they are too damn soft and everytime I bottom out I rub my guards obviously. Need to source some coilovers but that means money which I need to save up for =\
Definitely needs camber because from the back it looks stupid as hell poking out so much. Don't know whether I should keep these or sell them for wheels that won't give me so much hassle. I got these relatively cheap so I thought what the hell, but now it's going to cost me more to sit them in suitably. Thoughts? Car is in the making... I don't know a lot about cars coming from sport bikes (bought this for the winter). Rest of the plans is to spray the moulds white, get a front/rear lip, and a new boot... long story short, it had a centre spoiler, last owner had silicon'd it on, tried to remove, ****ed up paint behind it all, now looks ugly.
Edit: Wheels 15x8 (+10 offset I think). Tyre specs 195/55/15 and 185/55/15 for each pair.

Stiff Coilovers, Guards Rolled or pumped and a camber kit is what you need. Looks good. reminds me of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GxglvadvbO8

Got it dyno'd again, without 10-50w and really messed up plugs that were both 8000km old, replaced with 10-40w and plugs which would be in decent nick at 4000kms or so.

Which is left, and which is right?
Which way is up and which is down??
Dylan pls
You bolted your control arms in upside down instead of doing things the correct way
Do not try justify it
You didn't answer it. Can you tell what the differences are?
And outline any negative side effects there would be, as to which way the control arms face.
lmao 10/10 response
I've been hearing plenty of shit talk and trolling surrounding the way that LCA's are installed, yet no one has given any info, shit talk or factual as to what side effects could be had due to them facing differently.
The difference is the control arm was desinged to work one way. You are just lazy.
Still. No factual info at all.
You're talking directly from that shit filled mouth that's crammed right up your ass.
Theres no hope for you
It comes from factory a certain way for a reason.
That certain way is due to their studies finding that it allows the control arm to be stronger if in a side impact. Much like an egg, top to bottom you can't crack it. It also allows the camber to act in a certain manner when the car is lowered, without removing the structural and strength integrity within the LCA.
However, as I had stated in my actual thread, with +/- 0 offset and rush for work/uni I had very little time to do things in any other way (study full time, work as a contractor mon- fir and retail on weekends). I required an inch of height, and due to the design, turning them over allowed the extra inch, with the downside of shifting that camber and running the risk of damaging the LCA. I plan to replace LCA with camber, therefore, the tyres and scrub outweighed any possible strength lost from the LCA. It also allowed the tyre and wheel to square up and sit flat, rather than camber in.
Just because you were in a rush, that's why you decided to do it the dodgy way?
potato gon potate
if you require an extra inch, why not just do it the normal way?

What makes it dodgy? What are the factors behind that reduces any strength or stability??
I have been hearing plenty if you guys being "trolls" yet it's just the same blank answers over and over.
Do you guys actually know what you're talking about? Or just a group of trolls who are on a bandwagon together??
Installed some goodridge braided lines and some new PMU pads.

Make sure you get the right clip in the right location.
Make sure screws are tight. Use threadlock even. Have been known to fall off.
I also used double sided tape on mine for extra security.
those small nuts or w/e that hold the bracket to the visor are VERY fragile
i learnt the hard way
can we see the whole car pls ^
They definitely aren't the easiest things to install but finally done (with very sore fingers)
