5spd what? You do realise there is now a 5spd auto and 5spd manual...

Anyway, at the end of the day, I'd still rather a standard manual transmission, however having a wife is full of compromises and the CVT helped alleviate my passion of driving manual.

Unless this "someone" is in the engineering department of Honda Japan, then I refuse to believe it. Simple.

can u think of a reason why in an auto transmission with no actual switching between gears should be jumpy?

I TOTALLY AGREE!!!
I saw one parked at my local dealership and I refused to believe that something as simple as a colour can turn me off a car i loved so much before it launched.

Woke up hoping HONDA.AU website would be changed..... nope :(
