Power to Weight Ratio/KW to Tonne thing
Its shoghey but atleast you guys have a chance of tarbo
http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6 looking at that dc5 r's weigh 1160 with 147kw = 127kw per tonn ( not legal)... how much does a dc5r with aircon weigh?
hahahahaa it doesn't count if you make it lose weight (its going from STOCK weight)
yeah I know this... it states in the thread ( http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6 ) that the air con is optional, so im guessing its from the factory.... Im wanting to know what the weight is in a dc5r with air con..
no tarbo in vic unless u got ur p's before july or june 1 in 2007
if it doesn't meet the power to weight law but does meet the new laws..then you can still drive it.
http://www.arrivealive.vic.gov.au/node/196
"The previous power to weight restriction will continue to apply to any probationary driver who obtained their licence before 1 July 2007.
However, if a probationary driver with a pre-July 2007 licence has a car that does not meet the power to weight restrictions, but it does comply with the new high powered vehicle restrictions effective from July 2007, then the probationary driver may drive the car."
its over the kw/per tonne law so no you cant drive it . i went through all of this wen buying my dc5 hence why i didnt buy a type s/r
