they dont look like it, its got like orange sides? the angel eyes i see are all black
post the pic on an american honda website and im sure they will have a fairly good idea of where to obtain them.
they look pretty good those headlights.

vision headlights?
and like any projectors from usa, if you get them you will need to take them apart and flip the projector cutoff shield to make the cutoff right for aussie roads so you dont blind other drivers.

i've done it 2 rayb3nas car, put the headlights, front mount, hood and windscreen from the car on my dp to his car . lol

FIRST...you need to purchace a set of ebay projectors for the 5th gen lude.
these are the ones i got:

now gather the tools needed:
- new headlights
- oven
- 2 knives (crap blunt ones...they will be ruined so make sure you dont wanna keep them)
- phillips head screwdriver
- hotglue gun
next you need to heat up the oven to 140 celcius.
once its at temp turn it off and pop a headlight in there.
leave it in for approx 7 minutes.
take it out...be careful not to burn yourself.
this should have gotten the glue nice and soft.
using the 2 knives pry the lens off the backing. you dont have to rush it...but dont be too slow as the glue will solidify again given enough time.
also make sure that you catch any strands of stretched glue before it lands on the reflector...dont wanna have to try to get that crap off.
repeat this process with the second headlight.

now you have to undo the hight adjustment screw on the back of the housing.

once this is all the way undone you can pop the reflector from the backing.

undo the 3 large screws around the back of the projector bowl
the whole projector bowl will now come out.

undo the 4 screws on the back of the projector bowl to pop it apart.
one its apart you will see the little metal shield. pick it up and put it back the other way around.
original way (lhd):

now reverse the process to reasemble the lights.
using the hotglue gun to reattach the lense to the backing.
now your ready to put them on your car and have fun.
i dont have any pics of them on the car as i dont get the car till next week...but i will add some once i get them on.
i know this isnt MAJORLY indepth...but it is a very easy job and what you have here is all you need to do it. i did it with no idea other than the temp and time in the oven and that i had to flip the shield.
plus i am crap at writing things. thats why i got straight D's in english and kept loosing marks in math for not showing workings.

2 quick additions.
i found when i went to put the HID globes in that they wouldnt go straight in.
i had to get a small round file and file a small bit off the bottom of the globe slot.

photo isnt the best...but its only about 3x3mm files from the centre of the bottom of the slot.
then the globe goes in perfectly.

if they say "wont work with HID" or anything along those lines its because the HID globe wont fit.
if you file the little bit out like in my write up then it will work.
mine were advertised saying they wouldnt work with HID...and they are fine with HID.
but i thought it had something to do with the materials that the projector was made out of....ie angel eyes aren't good because the projector lens is made out of plastic....so how do i tell the difference???Quote:

HID runs colder than halogen globes.
so ignore when they say "cant be used with HID".

they have been in the car for a total of about 4 months now...with the lights on everytime i drive...and they are still in perfect condition.

okay....im going to try it and put a HID setup in angel eyes. is there any specific thing i need to look out for....ie does the angel eyes need to have a specific globe (like H7) or something??? aso will i still have high beam??

yes, the HIDs have to have the same bulb size as the ones used in ur angel eyes (mine's H3s, dunno about urs, could be H1s)...and yes, u will still have high beam, but u might lose ur low beam when u use high beam due to the H4 relay on the headlights wiring...that's what happens with my angel eyes, though it could be a different case on other brands of angel eyes...also, just for a lil advice, don't even think of using HIDs for ur high beam, cos:Quote:

Tail lights i have the same ones but they are from Em1s. Head lights are I have no idea. Maybe its sum deadly USA head lights where australia is poor to afford them.
