You won't be able to fix it, because it's all fill up
It's could be the Relay kit problem if you have a relay kit. otherwise could be the ballast overheating and the protection circuit cut out the ballast itself.
my friend's EG with HID is ok, But you need to Adjust the beam once you installed the HID, because the luminant position of HID is different from normal bulb. so it will shoot higher if you don't...
Try CBC, they sale a lot of different bearing.

Did you use brake cleaner to clean the new discs ? the new discs have oil to prevent rust during it's shipping and storing
Timing Belt ?? or tuning belt ???
a major service included, Timing belt, driving belt, spark plugs, oil, oil filter and air filter. cost about $400 and Water pump and tensioner and Cam&Crank seals...
