yh mate save for a long time loll to be honest just put a 4.9 final drive in ur car get a set of toda spec b cams and trust me you will bee very very happy with your car

yh the torque is pretty good for a b16a adrian from toda said it was pretty impressive for a standard bottom end b16a but im just trying to do little stuff now that will make the car go a little...

keep standardgearbox just put a 4.9 final drive and lsd the b18c2 gearbox has a closer/better 4th gear then itr box final drive was the best upgrade i did on my car

my car was only 50% throttle and almost got that power because the cable was stretched:). nice power but think it might be abit of a high reading... dunno everyone to there own opinion.

there is coolant lines going to the bottom of the throttle body to a sensor, its sort of works like a thermostat which is for cold start not sure what its called but. you most probably dont have it...

maybe also the front gearbox shaft seal? have seen that plenty of times before...

Im still running the standard b16a block untouched.... Its perfectly capable of holding up..

My compression is at roughly 10.8ish as the head has been skimmed like 20thou or so

As for reliability, I am definately qualified to speak here as i have been running toda spec c's on my b16a for just under 2 and a half years... my car is driven every day!!! Not a single problem.....
