You know what, I havent dyno'ed in yet...I wouldn't think too much considering minimal modifications.

2.5" was used by the previous owner of the car for ideal backpressure.
3" would be too loud but may resort to 3" piping ending in a smaller muffler to keep the noise down.

its the engine being out of alignment with the gearbox at high RPM.
You still need to decrease engine movement to shift with ease at high rpm...

DC2R the original with cult status!
DC5R for daily duties and DC2R for weekends

your engine is a east west design, the engine move's at high rpm, suggest a engine torque damper or ETD for short to overcome such issues.
Or dont shift @ 6500rpm

I would say the hiss from my flex pipes would be marginally louder than the toda.
4 flex pipes vs 1 or 2 flex pipes on the toda...

mine does that its due to the flex pipes...
