Toda spec B is as far as you would go on a vtir motor without raising compression. Even then you would still need valve springs and retainers because the peak power of the spec B will be higher than...
what cams are you planning to use? if you're using big duration and lift cams, it'd be a good idea to bump up the compression so you're not overcamming the motor.
Only td85u will fit gsi. Td86u, td84u etc will fit b series vtec motors.

i've seen 200km/h @ 9,000rpm in 5th gear out of this particular gearset. It's the mfactory ots ratios 1.695, 1.384, 1 for 3rd, 4th and 5th gear respectively.
