19x8 & 19x9 will fit just fine on a euro, but you need to get the correct tyre size

if you want legal i suggest you not to choose staggered wheels, but for me personally i'd choose staggered...

a friend had that exact same spec before, the wheels cleared the guards alright, but since you wanted to re-adjust the camber, i think you need to roll the rear guards

19x8 should be paired with 215s, and 275 for 19x9 is wayyy too wide, they will definitely rub, try 245 or even 235 to get some mild tyre stretch so you can clear the guard, but to be safe just roll...

you might have a 'toe' problem, most prob its misaligned and not at 0 degree, all i can suggest is to go to other more reputable workshop, they shouldnt be drifting ard like that even if theyre wide...

sorry but i have to disagree with this, offset is definitely not the thickness of the center rims. "Offset is the location of the flat mounting surface of a wheel relative to the wheel's centerline....

Any exhaust shops should be able to do this, just need to get 2 dual tip exhausts and some custom pipings, and its not that expensive to do it imo, i did mine for 250 for the custom pipings and 2...
