If you do it you will throw out the cars geometry. It will still drive well but the extra weight in the front will make turning a little harder. Straightline is fine.

Locote, I had exactly the same problem in my old car which is now [EK4R]'s car. I had installed a special set of GEARSPEED carbon coated synchros when i had my gearbox rebuilt and it fixed...
