The mazda' MZR engine is 2.5 litres - but has a low compression : 9:7:1 - which is just like the Mazda 3 Sp23' engine... that could explain why it needs to work really hard.. as for the 8.8 litre...
I'm not too sure about posts I made in various threads are either helpful to other users or not. The only positive rep I got was when I posted up the DIY Glass cleaning thread acknowledging one of...
I love the steering feel on my CL9, the idiots in the motoring magazine always criticise Hondas for steering feedback. The CL9 (their point of view) - responses very well to the inputs but lacks...
The EPS has a fancy tech name calling it "Motion Adaptive Electric Power Steering" - which works in conjunction with VSA... - it's purpose is to detect instability in slippery conditions in both...
According to Honda, the wagon and the hi tech (i-DTEC) diesel engine could be available next year or something - but as usual they are tightlipped about it.
The reason for the rear shelf being cream colour rather than black... is either Honda is lazy or if it was black then it will start peeling ( on hot days or somethin) unless you opt for the tint. I...
I'm keeping my 05 Euro, because it has been a pretty good car - though the total k's on the clock is somewhat a bit low - 38+: that's because I don't drive much :p
Wheels and Motor magazine seems to have a crap load of bias and bs put into their car tests or reviews... I used to read them but was definitely put off with the way they review the cars being...
Weight increase could be the fact that the new Euro has a stiffer chassis - high tensile steel used: in case of a accident, then the car absorbs the damage better. Curtain airbags is another item...

Mate, the car looks stunning in the flesh... I went to a presentation yesterday night at one of the melbourne honda dealer - courtney and patterson - a invitation only by UNLS1 and I got to see,...

I read somewhere on a website( I think goauto or drive) that the wagon version could be a possibility at 2010 (when it is time for a update. ) Also it mentions the wagon was having a problem with...
Mind you before I had my Euro, I used to drive a 1998 Mazda 626 Wagon - that car was underpowered and pretty porky (1300kg + not helped by the crap 4 speed auto and 2.0 MZR engine - 93kw/178Nm )....
At first I thought the new Euro looked a bit flimsy just 'evolving' over the current one. But after seeing the pictures posted by VT3C - the car looks pretty damn good - in both standard and luxury....
I'm looking forward to next thursday... the presentation of the new euro and seeing it up close and personal :p - any news about the euro wagon or the i-dtec diesel engine(with a 5AT being available)...
