Wait a minute... I see that with the thickness of the bracket for the seat belt buckle (which is about the same thickness as the braces), it seems like you are meant to keep the braces. Right-i-o....
My old seat rail for a different car used the larger holes towards the middle, but the new RO rail for Honda uses the attachment points near the outside of the seat.
Hot hatchback = hatchback that tries to drive like a sportscar (no that doesn't mean it's fast, as many sportscar like the MG B are far from fast). Rorty exhaust, snappy gearbox, taut suspension......
For performance (so no 215s as that would defeat the point), I would like to run these Enkei RP-01 17x9 +35 with a 245/40 R17 or 255/40 R17 S-class tyre (hankook rs3 etc).
As far as I know they are a direct fit. I'm not sure why anyone would deliberately decide to run them though (unless they can find them really cheap), because they are *really* heavy.
