mine does sorta the same, though mine is like a winding/grinding noise, only happens sometimes, was told it could either be something in the dizzy on its way out or something to do with the fuel...
reset the ecu? do u mean disconnect the battery for 15min?
im not sure about hose vacuum leak, my car seems fine with the stock intake, it should be the aftermarket intake, just to find out why...
