it happens, i used to work for a panel shop that had a contract with a Ford dealership, we had as many as 3-5 cars a week in for minor dints chips and scratches.and to think these cars ar made...

i dont know why you would want to take your car to a dealership anyway. the only time i would ever take a car to a dealership is if i had a new car and wanted something fixed on warranty.

claybar will not help you. if the scratches are fine enough u may be able to fade them or get rid of them with polish, but at a guess seen as u did it with a blade, your prob stuck with it. next time...
did you see any dirt on the clay? if there was no residue on the clay then yeh waste of time, but i remember the first time i did my car with cleaner clay then polish then wax, it was so damn shiney...

im not a Honda owner and dont know nearly as much about them as you lot, and i can tell u this, i have never mistaken a regular Honda for a Type R just coz it had a red H. in fact, i knew Type Rs...

if i get an ep3 id do the dc5 brembo conversion, i think from memory u need to swap that lower arms and u also get a slightly wider track. if not id get Spoon or Endless calipar upgrade
