How many K's on the motor? Sleeves will be a good investment but depends hwo much dosh you have to play with. If youre going to keep the car and thrash it - put in the sleeves.

Nah man, u might find people using stock ECU and chip to comepnsate or maybe a piggy back - most dont have the dosh for full ECU i.e. Motec Haltech Autronic

Its been said but in summary

low CR & higher boost = you keep your motor for longer but your car drives a lil bit more like a pig off boost, but hey if you spend the money you can run big boost...

Only use the stock cat if its in good nick obviously - but yeah - just get a hiflow cat and retune which is going to cost atleast 400 bucks

Spark blow out, maybe - are you using the standard coil and plugs?

other then that are you sure its only when you rev it out, it might be something earthing out when you give it abit of throttle
