Stupid W.E company says its a 8AN which was too big, turns out to be 16mm metric..

So much for their product knowledge..

have you checked the most basics thats visible to the eye?

Are there any CEL Codes?
Check that the VTEC Solenoid plug is connected?
Check oil pressure switch plug is connected?
Checked oil...

I think its the PS pump and AC compressor clearances will be your main factors here. As well as bonnet clearances.
