Ok with the front driver side, the wheel stud came loose and the wheel nut is stuck onto the thread and spins along with the studd.
I managed to remove it by using a small drill bit and carefully...
Correct.. ive got the same problem as well, press the clutch and the noise is there and when released the whirling noise comes back.
Pray that the other box thats going in doesnt have the same...
remember the B18C2 crossover sound note isnt really noticeable compared to the others b series vtec motors,from memory i think its got to do a bit with the design of the b18c2 intake manifold ? .....
If you can pick up an eg breeze for the 1.8k mark you stated in your post.
then yes you can pretty much save yourself a bit of dollars converting it to efi considering you know how to fit these...
