either way ALL integra wheels are interchangeable for DC2/DC4 models

its a direct swap.. and yes the airbag works as i have one in mine.

the steering wheels are both identical.

only variation of both years could possibly be the 'clock harness' as i had to change one about a year ago.

ps; all vtir's did come with airbags unless...
