should i check if theres any fuel pressure first?

thanks for the advice, is the car not starting related directly toward an electrical issue though?

nope, cant hear it prime i just checked then, so in the 5% case that it isnt the main relay what else could it point to??

Looking at the crank with the balancer off it looks to be stuck between the timing belt sprocket and the crank, unless what I'm seeing is just another foreign part of the engine?is it even possible...
