yeh, just unbolt the screws, and take it off, pretty simple.
if u have trouble breaking the bond from the boot lid and wing, use a knife to cut thru the sticky shit, you'll know what i mean once u...

i've had the 2nd gear issue too, mtf06 made it alot smoother, although it still happens sometimes, esp. wen gearbox is cold.

wen i had mine 01/07 till 07/07, i was paying approx 6xx for full comp, under my dad name - myself as a listed driver.
was with aami.

theres a drain hole at the bottom of the intake for water drainage,
it comes with a replcament cowl, u take OEM off, and fit the gruppeM replacement.

yeh i thought 38 was abit high, but any lower and it almost looks like its under inflated, max psi according to the tyre is 51 if i remember right.

running 225/45r17 re001 at 38psi front, and 35psi rear.
great tyre =] amazing in dry, and excellent in the wet.
(only been on the car 2 weeks tho)
