you can source a JDM screen bezel, cut into your dash, and fit a screen, then run a single DIN dvd/mp3/cd deck in the stock position with a modifry HU adaptor to make use of the quicktouch buttons.

there may not be a significant power increase (if any), but where the power is useable might be affected - you may have an increased low-end torque curve, and better response.

you should take into consideration maintainence costs, insurance, drivability and most important what you like best.
