Not sure about that. Simply I didn't vtec unless I'm overtaking or out on a fun drive... Numbers above don't account for fun drive...
I just used to slot it into 6th whenever I'm driving at speeds...

Babying the 2K when I had mine, I got about 7.2L-7.5L/100km
Driving normally was about 9L/100km
Check o2 sensors etc

I lost to an 86 on the track at barbs by .1 of a second long track... He had teins, cr kai's, intake, exhaust, semis and wasn't a noob (been many times). I had a stock s2k with old cracking bs...

I didn't like S2K for long distances mainy because 3500rpm at speed limit, stuff all sound deadening (hate hearing everything, all the time with roof up) and no cruise control. Did love the seats...

Not really, had two a 99 and 01. 99 crunched 1st to 2nd when it felt like it, warm or not (under heavy load only). Other one didn't.
